Mrs. Shilpa G. (Directress), is an MBA graduate and has a diploma in Indian Montessori Training Courses (IMTC). Her husband Mr. Satheesh is a senior Oracle Consultant and has been her constant source of support and inspiration. She has received her Montessori training under Mrs. Meenakshi Shivaramakrishnan (Secretary General of the Indian Montessori Centre), who is lovingly called as "Indian Maria". After successfully completing her course she started Balakuteera - a place where children could get the nurturing and care that they had a right to. She also runs an institution by the name Shiksha Academy For Learning.
